  1. I've been following your posts today, and it is obvious that you consider yourself the only expert in everything, because you have been ridiculing everyone's post. It isn't because you are ignorant to your surroundings, that makes you an expert
  2. The top 20 is not determined by one's eagerness to visit, but rather by profitability, brand/name awareness and number of visitors. You will know that probably less than 20% of the bars in Pattaya are really profitable, but mostly cater to the owner's needs for cheap alcohol. The 15 year was up to when Covid started.
  3. Since there are laundromats everywhere in Pattaya these days, I don't think they cater to the OP only, but I know, everyone that doesn't agree with you or your ideas is wrong
  4. Out of curiosity, what is your point, other than trying to bait?
  5. Any lab can do this. For example Pattaya-bangkok hospital can do, but it will cost you. You have to tell them what you want to be checked. There are many labs in chonburi, for example https://www.google.com/search?client=firefox-b-d&q=lab+chonburi Companies that sell waterfilters do it for free, but they test only for a few things like calcium- sediment - turbidity - iron. If you want to check for certain chemicals, then a medical lab is the way to go
  6. I just tried and get the same service not available. Maybe ISP related?
  7. Put it down to that lately you started to engage the bigger head as well ????
  8. Dr Joy, I think I clearly mentioned Kasikorn bank in my post
  9. A few months ago I got a letter in the post that I qualified for new license plates, because the paint fainted. So I brought in my plates, was told that it would take a few weeks to get the new ones, and was provided with a document to show police if I was stopped. In that time I had to renew my yearly tax, so I went to the check station opposite the Pattaya DLT, and showed the a*sehole the document why I didn't have license plates. The a*sehole refused the legitimacy of the document, so I gave him the middle finger and went into the DLT to tell them he refused to check my car. They directed me to their own check station within the DLT. So I queued, and when it was my turn, before I had entered the check station, they took my documents, and told me to pick up the test result at window number X. So I parked my car, without having been even inside the check station or have anyone looked under the hood, picked up the documents that I had passed the tests, and got insurance and new tax disk. There was no fee for the checkup, which at the opposite site of the road, would have been 200 baht

  11. That must be foreign pensioners who don't know how to use a phone. I enter my cardless withdrawal for my Kbank account on my phone, and it automatically saves. Then I have 1 hour to walk to an ATM and scan the QR code. Edit: And before you question, what happens if you lose your phone within that hour. I have to use my fingerprint to open the Kbank app to scan the code
  12. Nope, you just enter your email address on your phone, activate the Playstore, and all apps you had on your lost phone will be reinstalled automatically
  13. Hmm, why would that be lol
  14. As far as I'm aware that is possible. I have a True post paid sim for my daily usage, and a prepaid sim for other purposes. I can extend it by 1 month, the day after the new cycle starts. I can even add 2 times 180 days right after each other. As I assume you have a smartphone, there are plenty of reminder apps available for free
  15. Because they are Chinese operated. US operated casinos don't use slave labor
  16. I have a friend who is the private pilot for one of the biggest casino magnates in the world. He told me recently that they are reducing their businesses in Macao, because of too many regulations, and will increase business in Singapore in the near future
  17. Let me guess, you're one of those who will leave soon. I don't know of any Thai oriented visa groups in Thailand, but I think this is one of the bigger ones. FYI, O never used them, as i'm on a retirement extension, with 800K in the bank, for the past 14 years
  18. Why you need to cancel accounts? Just deplete them, and they will cancel themselves
  19. I noticed already that you are patting hammer on the back, maybe you are one and the same? Never mind do you realise that a market is something different from a street with all similar shops. Did you notice that Hanoi is in Asia, and that curry shops are run by Asian people?
  20. There are 7 days in a week, and I recall that not so long you posted here to have been in a very busy bar in WS, that in fact hadn't reopened yet. So much for your credibility. If you don't know Atlantic, then you never have been in Pattaya Atlantic is opposite Big C on second road, and for 15 years was in the top 20 of best bars in Pattaya
  21. I said I'm not sure, but I think you avoid my real point, they opened their first store in 2014, and I think they have now 6 stores. Nobody has a crystal ball, so they don't know something we don't know, they are just gambling. Do you want I make a summary of companies who gambled big in the past 10 years and failed?
  22. No problem, you have just given evidence that you live in your own world, and because the bar YOU visit is busy, you claim it is all packed
  23. You don't have to be there to know how they are fairing, it has been posted in this and other threads, you just don't have to skip over posts that don't fancy you. Soi 7 and 8 empty. More gogos REOPENING in walking street, posted only a few posts above this, so hard to miss. Very few bars past soi 6 second road have reopened. Atlantic bar, which was a top bar for 15years, is one of the few that has reopened, and it is empty
  24. You are aware that both examples you gave are of Asian ethnicity, and nothing to do with Western practices?
