If you can document that the individual who receives the money in Thailand is the one who has inherited there is no issue where the money is put.

Anyway, your mother (non tax resident in Thailand) can gift you up to THB20M/year tax-exempted in Thailand. No declaration either.

Thank you very much. That's the best information I've learned recently.

If you inherited prior 01/01/2024 then get and keep a personal bank statement showing the money on 31/12/2023. Tax-exempted anytime when remitted in Thailand.

If you inherited after 31/12/2023 then keep all documents proving the inheritance to your name (certificate, receipt, tax/bank statements...). If ever audited by Thai Revenue Department you may need to provide Thai or English translations. Inheritance is tax-exempted and not to be declared up to THB100M.

Thank you very much. We put the inheritance in my mother's account to invest the money in interest. The account in my mother's name will send the money to the account in my name in Thailand. Will the receipt in my mother's name be valid for tax declaration?

  3. because of this law we have reduced the money we spend by 75%. we have decided to live in Vietnam. we are moving this month. this government even makes us miss the military junta.  by the way, all of my friends have drastically reduced their spending. everyone refuses to pay the unfair tax. if they insist on the tax, they will leave thailand. vietnam is a much cheaper country. it seems that vietnam will be the new destination for many people.

Are you sure nobody is stealing electricity from you?  Sounds like it happens a lot in Thailand.

The thing about the fans always running sounds like you are talking about inverter aircons, which are considered more efficient.

It's like someone's stealing my electricity. Only the refrigerator and the air conditioner are running all the time. I used to pay around 3000 baths. For the last 3 months I have been paying almost 7000 baths! The landlord says it's because of the hot weather.  How can I recognise if someone is stealing electricity from me?

You think drones will be independently able to spot the terrorists among the regular population and to take them out on the spot? Keep dreaming.

Yes, the cameras can identify people now. Very soon drones will be able to make identification. In other words, they will be able to identify everyone on the red list of governments. I advise you to follow technology closely  😄

  6. Unfortunately, many Farangs do not know what it means to be a guest. They act as if they own the house. I hope those who think they are above the law end up like the Swiss. The forum members are giving the administrators a hard time. Even on this forum there is a crime of "inciting hatred and enmity" almost every day.

I am not fearful of any sort of immigration one way or another, I happen to love immigrants, people of color and the whole diaspora, in general. What I was simply making a comment on is that many Thais are very dissatisfied with the way things are progressing or the total lack of progress, to be more specific. If the European Zone was open to them I think a huge numbers would try to emigrate to Europe, that's all I was trying to say. No hypocrisy there.

I think you should be afraid of migrants. I don't know who determines your policies. An educated Thai with a university degree cannot even get a tourist visa to go to Europe, but the same Europe gives a residence permit to a bearded jihadist. You have to accept this risk of mass migration. Because you did the same thing in their country. That's all I want to say.

You are putting words into my mouth. I love immigrants. I think they are the best part of America. I find alot of white Americans to be quite boring, and many are like an empty suit. I mean that partially in jest, so you guys to not have to start defending our race. LOL.

This will not happen. Far too many Thais would abandon Thailand and stay in Europe. There would be a mass exodus.

I really don't know what to make of that comment you wrote.  Don't too many Europeans leave Europe and live in Thailand? If yes, why do you do the things you are afraid of? Wasn't there a mass exodus in Thailand? The mass exodus is still happening. I don't think we should be hypocritical. Whatever Thailand is offering us, we should reciprocate.

Frankly, I don't think the visa agreement will be implemented. It's a classic European bait-and-switch strategy.

Never care about the price when investing in Bitcoin. This is the biggest mistake you make when investing. Bitcoin is actually the answer to the question of how to take precautions against the international banking crisis.

Selective History teaching . It amazes me how many people don’t realise the British Empire ended Transatlantic slavery and fought against the US and other European nations like Portugal to end it for good. Whilst of course the African nations then continued its trade even more so with the Arabs.

by interfering in the internal affairs of countries, destroying their economies, you continue to make them work under the conditions of modern slavery. is this called slavery 4.0? thank god you have managed to produce robots to work as slaves for yourself. a part of humanity has been saved from you.

You talk like Islamic slavery simply stopped once a few European countries arrived in Africa. Well it didn't and the caliphates were already slaving on a continental scale centuries before. You blame-game reply is pathetic.

Are you really trying to even shamelessly argue about slavery?😅

You couldn't answer any of the questions I asked. You came to me with ridiculous arguments. I advise you to study well next time. Please push me a little. Isn't there a Christian version of Shapiro? I'd rather argue with him.

So interesting here that the 1500 year spread of the various Islamic caliphates is missing, with the sole exception of the Turkish (Ottoman) Empire. None of the other Muslim conquests in the Middle East, Africa, Asia and Europe are shown at all.

In Africa, millions of slaves were taken long before the Europeans arrived. Any EMPATHY there?

Isn't that exactly the problem? If you are so humane, why didn't you end slavery when you set foot on that land, but you brought this crime to a continental scale? Do you feel guiltless or sinless now because someone else has already done the crime you inherited?

Wishful thinking on the part of a PM, who has no contact with reality, nor any use to the people of this nation. And we thought Prayuth was incompetent.

Why don't you want Thai people in your country? These perfect people are extremely harmless. Also many Europeans have left Europe and settled in Thailand. There are Europeans all over the streets of Thailand.  Let's not forget that many Europeans work illegally in Thailand.

You gunna just continue with this “ blame whitey Christian’s”  for the ills in the world aren’t you.  My power yeh right 😂, this is what makes me laugh about victimhood loving countries. As if the plebs in the UK , US etc were never exploited and still are. Anyway try and have a nice day 👍

You are the ones doing the victim literature. You are the people who ignore your own crimes and do not know what the scales of justice mean. If you are not committing a crime against Europeans, you don't even think you are committing a crime. The map above shows what your genetic characteristics are. I wish you good luck in solving your ISLAM problem in Europe and I hope you don't try to solve it like you solved the Jewish problem in Europe before!  It is your genetic trait after all.

All I can see in your argument are words like “were” and “did” . Literally I couldn’t give a tosh about any religion and especially any historical actions by Christians or any other religions, countries or whatever. Imo Islam needs its own reformation.

I didn’t see your other quote sorry.

I would like to show the year 2024, but your power does not allow me to do so. In fact, your power says that in 2024 Africa was not exploited by the colonizers.  Isn't that funny?

There is nothing good about Islam, an ideology started by a pretend prophet who was a thief, slave owner, killer, child abuser and self confessed terrorist. Islam hates Jews, gays, oppresses woman and there is nothing holy about the Quran or a month of not eating in the day then stuffing yourself at night. Stay away from Islam.

For example, what does this comment have to do with this topic? Isn't that vigilantism? Isn't that undermining the issue? Have those who call Jesus God read the book of Jesus? In all Abrahamic religions there is evil, there is violence. Which one doesn't? Which one doesn't have verses that we are disgusted to hear? Can someone tell me?

We did all hate Germans because of Hitler, not anymore because Germany and its people made a concerted effort to make serious changes after WW2. Would be great if ordinary Muslims and their leaders made an effort and spoke out more often against Islamist’s but they never do. Because so called Jihadists and other radical Islamic groups invoke prophetic traditions and Qur’anic verses to justify their acts from the Koran itself.  Muslims are Muslims first no matter where they are and imo this backwards religion is a menace to the world .

The threat to the world is not religions but the countries below.  I'm sure you are part of the following countries.  You didn't reply to my earlier quote. Do you want to answer this one?   What were Christians doing in this map? What did the Christians do in this map? Who were the ones who opened African people in the zoo for white Christians to visit? I'm sure you don't like it when I generalize. I hope you've discovered what EMPATHY means.
