We could use Thai cops 👮 in NYC to beat the crap out of all the criminals we have. Peace would reign . Lock them in Thai jails too

Thais eat rats. They are field rats and are sold on the side of the road in Issan. They are fillet and cured in the sun and fried up. Rats are also available at certain markets, on the outskirts of BKK, where country people live. I was told street and sewer rats were off the menu. I’ve seen shaved and dressed dog carcasses delivered to restaurants in Kunming. I made a note to not in too much there. But

Cool Thai music is gone. It’s becoming boring. Less smiles etc girls are the main attraction. The new buildings on Suk suck. No street shops. Or character. Girls are it

Go back to the 45 day VOA or better still make it 60 days. The Chinese are broke and not coming back for a couple of years, if ever. The whole world is hurting. .Airlines are overcharging and the land of smiles
has lost its edge. Downloading the visa is a pain. Thais are still walking around with masks. Wake up.

Due to the advice I've read, on aseanow, I will plan my trip accordingly. JFK-BKK (25 days in Thailand) than BKK-PNH (6 days in Cambodia) than PNH-BKK (23 days in Thailand) finally BKK-JFK. Total 48 days in Thailand and 2 visa exempt entries.
I called my airline, about these plans, but was only told, by phone rep, the check in personnel have all the international "customs" regulations.
I think if I have all the paperwork, I'll get by airport personnel.
Tried getting 60 day visa, through website, but couldn't make it work and couldn't find an agency, in NYC to do it. I was told by one of them they wouldn't do Thailand visas because it was to difficult and time consuming.

The tourist e visa is a hassle. Why upload your banking information to who knows where to prove you have $6000. The price of a 1st class tix is over $10,000.

I rent an apartment in Bangkok but haven't been there in 3 years. I want to get a 60 day visa. Should the building manager send me a copy of an up to date rent agreement, for the accommodation? Must it cover the whole time I'm there? If I didn't have the lease would a hotel reservation, for less than 60 days suffice?

Have people in Thailand gotten less friendly/happy overall, or is it me?

They were rarely nice in 7-11. The people taking cash at Tops are not nice.
