I'm pretty confident this is an indoor grow. Good outdoor or GH grows from Humboldt are better than indoor imho. The best outdoor I've had is better then the best indoor hands down. Better high with longer legs. Pretty sure it's cuz LEDs are not the sun.

Technically all fertilizer is a PGR. There is chemical ones that are NO GOOD. Especially the biological ones are MOSTLY good. Bad GPRs used you can tell when you have bud in hand. It's hard like rock, try to bounce a nug off a table top and you see. Also they tend to develop too much red hairs and way too little THC. Taste is not good!

Also they're not hard like rocks, which miracle grow would do. He's probably just confused cause he's never seen machine trimmed proper quality buds before. Why would he have problems with air runs? Land crossing is heavier restricted then by air. 2 times per year and can't have been in the Kingdom for more then 3 of the 6 past months. Anecdotal evidence confirms that none of my personal friends ever had a trouble with air runs. Just fly to Phnom Penh for a fun weekend.
