  1. Pretty strange. I went to your link and saw the notice in red but then in the faq It says Mae Sainis open. Also date says from Sept 2022. The document I posted is not from the official Myanmar Evisa page but nevertheless it is saying fully open and it’s from Dec8. Not very clear these guys. Here’s from the evisa site faq How do I enter to and exit from Myanmar using eVisa? With eVisa, you can enter at any one of the following: 1. One of the 3 International Airports: Yangon, Mandalay, Nay Pyi Taw 2. One of the 5 International Land Border Checkpoints: Tachileik, Myawaddy, Kawthaung ,Tamu,Rih khaw dar To exit from Myanmar, you can use any one of above stated International Airports , International Land Border Checkpoints and furthermore, the Htikee Land Border Checkpoint as well. .
  2. There’s a lot of misinformation being posted. A rumor happens when nobody has actually tried something. They read something and then they repeat it not knowing if it’s true. People are saying farangs are not being allowed to enter Myanmar at Mae Sai. Someone please show me evidence. Don’t say what someone else told you. And if you make a statement back it up. Don’t just say something. Here’s what I have and it’s very recent Dec8 https://www.asiahighlights.com/southeast-asia/coronavirus-travel-tips
