Could be their native app. Have you tried Xtreme login / m3u login on an android device or other iptv player? Could be many things causing buffer. Is the iptv service normally stable but is now having problems? You may or may not require a VPN, I think it depends a lot on the particular service. Some folks nearby my location have good success with 3BB and others do not. There are several factors to consider, you need to check your entire computer and network setup to determine if there are any issues. I checked today and achieved speeds up to 700Mbps from Thailand to servers in Europe and USA using an ethernet connection and slightly lower speeds connected to WIFI. Internet service in Thailand seems suitable and reliable to date in my experience with excellent thru-put to overseas servers.
