I would do one of two things both involve watching her carefully as to how she moves forward from here. First is to give no money at this point. (Don't know how long you two have been talking already). 2nd is (if you can afford it), give her a much smaller amount like 5k or 10k but give it as a gift not as a deal or a quid pro quo and see how she reacts in the weeks that follow. She may actually be sweet or she may be working you.
