When you show up at airport immigration, If you overstay for more than 90 days, there is no chance to avoid the ban that doesn't allow you to re-enter Thailand for the relevant period according to the length of your overstay?

He answered me on a post on Facebook. I have his bank details as I transferred the money using transferwise. He is not Thai, from France.

Report the issue, they will freeze his bank account?

Deposited 3000 local money to book an apartment: the owner canceled my booking saying that he will not here when I will arrive and did not send me back the 3000.
