  1. Yes, the agent assured me the landlord would arrange it. Next time I contacted them they said they were no longer dealing with the property and I had to contact the landlord. When I did she had no idea what I was talking about. I had to explain what the TM30 was!
  2. I believe I still need several things from her and she is not cooperating.
  3. Thank you. Do you happen to know if I need her to complete the forms too? Reading the forms it seems like she needs to complete and sign them.
  4. I have been asking my landlady to complete a TM30 form for months now. She keeps saying she is too busy or it is too complicated. I have offered to do it for her but I believe I still need her complete forms and give me a copy of the title deed and her ID. I have asked for these several times but again she says she is too busy and will do it later, then she does not. is there a way I can do this without her cooperation? Thank you for any help. note: I am in Chiang Mai, she is in Bangkok and I have never met her in person. I found the property through an agent but she is no longer dealing with them.
  5. I will be changing visa soon and have been told I need to ensure my address is correct incase immigration contact me there (the visa agent has had this happen with other clients).
  6. I am planning on doing it as soon as possible. However the visa staff at my employer are questioning what date I should put. Should I put the date I go to immigration and get my landlord to do a contract to match that date, or should I put the date I actually moved in (years ago). They seem to think I should put the actual date I moved in but I feel that this just draws attention to the issue and could cause more problems. The fine is not the big issue for me. HR at my employer? I am not sure they exist ???????? I spoke to the Visa assistant at my employer and they aren’t sure what to. They are questioning if on the TM30 I should put the present date or the actual date I moved in (years ago like I mentioned).
  7. Hello, I really hope someone can help. I have just found out that my rental agency never registered me at my house. I have been staying there for a few years! When I moved in they had said they contacted the landlord and is was all organized. But now the landlord has stopped using the agency and I am in direct contact with them , they have told me the agency never contacted them and they didn’t know they had to do anything! My employer has always dealt with 90 day reporting etc and they have never brought up any issues. They have been using my previous address. I now want to ensure everything is correct at immigration and make sure they have my correct address but I am unsure what to do or how serious it is that I have been unregistered for so long? Any help/ advice with this matter at all would be really appreciated.
