  1. 1. With we I mean my foreign partner. I have got Thai citizenship. 2. Permission to stay based on the work permit
  2. We have just got the one year visa however since business is not doing well yet. Would it be okay to remove the staff for now and rehire them once the visa and work permit needs to be renewed? Or do we risk the visa getting cancelled?
  3. If a foreigner were to do a 90 report for himself and his family , would he need to TM30 for each member of his family?
  4. A French citizen would like to transfer his business visa from old passport to a new passport. However when he got his passport the French embassy did not issue a letter. Would that be an issue?
  5. Ok noted. So if he has a 90 day non B from an Embassy that is out of the question.
  6. How about if the applicant has a 90 day non B visa from an embassy?
  7. No as the new work permits only have the name of the employer and not the address.
  8. We are in the process of getting the US driver's license transferred to a Thai driver's license. If he has a work permit would he need a residence certificate too?
  9. We did not make copies they actually took the real work permit. Its seems the people at the Embassy at least the front clerks do not read Thai
  10. So I added a new employer on my work permit and then cancelled the old employer. I went to apply for a non B at the embassy in Hanoi. Their website said something about three working days however after three days they said that my work permit expired since they did not bother to look at the amendments on page 8. When I submiited additional paperwork they said maybe next week Monday. Has anyone ever done a non B at Hanoi and how was the experience?
  11. My visa is expiring and I currently hold a wokr permit for six months, As I do not want to use a law firm and dont wont the hassle of the immigration Chaengwatta do I have the option of renewing my visa at any consulates in a neighboring country?
