A colleague of mine has asked me for advice as his acquaintence a French man has been arrested for overstay, drug related charges etc. In total it would be 5 charges. Basically he wanted to know if it would be possible to bail him out and what would be the standard rate if he hired a lawyer to defend his case. I heard that the lawyers usually charge around 200,000 Baht in the case that are many charges

Tried different amounts 20,000 failed, 6,000 failed and even tried 1000 and still did not work. It says the account details are incorrect eventhough I entered the same name, address and account number as always. Checking wih the KBank they said everything fine

I have been trasnferring funds to my KBank account for year however since beginning June it does not work anymore. Does anyone else have this problem too and how to fix ?

No I just asked him how to do it and he said that he will meet me at the immigration and he will show me where to get the queue. But no deal or contract

I was supposed to file my 90 day report on the 6th June but it seems there was some kind of misunderstanding that I could submit it 14 days after due date. Now its already the 18th and I will have to pay a penalty. is it usually the responsibility of the visa agent to make sure clients file on time or responsibility of the client themselves

We have just got the one year visa however since business is not doing well yet. Would it be okay to remove the staff for now and rehire them once the visa and work permit needs to be renewed? Or do we risk the visa getting cancelled?

If a foreigner were to do a 90 report for himself and his family , would he need to TM30 for each member of his family?

How about if the applicant has a 90 day non B visa from an embassy?

No as the new work permits only have the name of the employer and not the address.

We are in the process of getting the US driver's license transferred to a Thai driver's license. If he has a work permit would he need a residence certificate too?

We did not make copies they actually took the real work permit. Its seems the people at the Embassy at least the front clerks do not read Thai
