On their claim process form it says: When you contact any hospital please mention ASSIST INTERNATIONAL SERVICES On the website of https://www.bumrungrad.com/en/insurance you can find MEDICAL ASSISTANCE COMPANY DIRECT BILLING CONTRACT which lists this company.
