My wife is a HK citizen and going through her Thai work visa process and she needs to upload a certificate of no criminal conviction. However the Hong Kong Police department requires a letter from the Thai consulate and the HK police department doesn't give you a copy of the letter, they will only send it directly to the requesting organization. What did you do in this situation?
