    Thailand Post does not provide a service and I cannot find DHL or Fedex contacts? I am sure that I am not the first from Thailand who has needed to send material to Lloyds Offshore in the Isle of Man.

    May I enquire if anyone knows if the RTP have introduced the 'demerit' scheme for drivers that they announced in the press (Bangkok Post) in January 2023? I have just received a speeding ticket through the post stating that I was clocked at 121kph in a 120kph zone! My speed limiter on my June 2023 delivered car was set at 120kph. In the UK for example the police allow a 10% margin of error for technological error - not in Thailand apparently. Does anyone know how to appeal? Seems a little over zealous to say the least.
