I plan to spend 7 weeks in Laos, entering by plane from Bangkok and exiting to Thailand by bus. I can use a visa waiver for entry to Thailand. Is a one way flight to Vientiane acceptable to Immigration officials, or do I need an onward air ticket? Thanks for any help.
