The page you are referring to shows the rain per month for 2023 up to August. August 2023 rainfall was 263mm. With the total for the year so far of 915.6mm Hope that clarifies it.

A website (link below) that has info on weather in the Chiang Rai town area and the province with online data from Personal Weather Stations (PWS). Plus, there are links to rain radar, weather forecasts, Air Quality, webcams, lightning etc. all in one place. For rainfall, there are monthly stats since 2013 from a data source about 15km west of Chiang Rai town.
