I always use Saint Etoile in Central Rama 9. They bake really crusty baguettes - a large one is 60 baht. I absolutely recommend it. I believe they have many branches, but I have only tried this one.

In case you want to use google maps, it would be a good idea to download some offline maps, for the areas you need.

For some reason, Da Nang always seems to be the cheapest international destination from Bangkok. Book at least 2-3 weeks in advance, and you can find oneway tickets for 1500. Hotels are really cheap. You can have an ok hotel close to the beach for 300 baht.

I have a noname model, which is working fine, but there are surely better ones on the market. The important thing for me, is that it has its own SIM card. Google maps is essentiel when driving in Bangkok. Data only SIM card is around 1500 a year if I remember correctly. 

So make sure it has the SIM option. 

I was positively surprised how fast I could measure the level going down on my device in one end of the apartment, and the purifier in the other. The apartment is 30 m2 and I use the Xiami 4 lite.

Passengers have a right to compensation in many cases. It is important to know the reason for the delay. If it is weather (and not just claimed by the airline), there is little to do. But moving on and forgetting about it, is pretty stupid, if you are entitled to €600.

There is a ton of companies that can take this case for them. They work under a no compensation, no fee policy. Here is one I just googled:

First of all. My O-A visa is an E-visa with multiple entry. I entered first time October 21 2022 and the stamp in my passport is valid until October 19 2023. My letter of approval must be used before September 18.

My ticket to Bangkok was bought a long time ago, and can not be changed. 

I originally bought a prepaid insurance for one year. It turned out to be absolutely useless, so I cancelled it when I left Thailand last time. I am coming back for 6 months, and I do not want to buy a new health insurance. I have bought a travel insurance for 6 months, and it has much better coverage than my previous one. I wanted to see if they would accept my travel insurance, but I guess there is no reason to, as it would be rejected.

I will keep quiet about my O-A, and only show my METV approval letter, and hope that it would accepted. I am just worried about what happens when they see I already have the O-A.

If worst case is that they will give me a 30-day exempt, I can work with that. But if they reject me, it would be a disaster.

I am in the process of applying for a METV. In the supporting documents section of the E-visa application, I am not sure about #4

4 . Travel booking confirmation (of the first visit) 

I normally buy return tickets, but from BKK to Denmark, which means that when I come to BKK, the ticket is used. I was going to buy a cheap ticket to SGP or some other cheap destination, just for the application, but now I wonder if it is even neccesary. When asked for booking confirmation of the first visit, it does not sound like a ticket out of Thailand is needed. Perhaps because it is a multiple entry visa?

Anyone can help me out?
