    Hi guys. I feel so sorry for my female friend, single mother 35year old in Buriram. Shes struggling make a living, but cant sleep because of her Acute rhinosinusitis, nosage block. Been going on for months and the doctors remedy doesnt work much. I wonder if there is any of you going to pharmacy once in a while that have seen a N-acetylcysteine (NAC) inhalation spray there and what its name is? Read several studies that it may have profound help. Best regards Mr Hello007=)
