As of April 2013, Don Muang has a FREE dedicated shuttle bus to Suvarnabhumi. Bus takes about 45 minutes. Taxi takes longer due to the heavy traffic.

2nd floor food courts (one on each end) inside are passable, but cost 2 to 3 times normal rates (airport pricing). However, outside to the LEFT is a food court for airport employees and all others at fair prices!

Another spring clean at the Manor has yeilded a surplus UPS 500 VA stabilised computer supply. Just checked it and the computer fires up ok, but does not seem to battery back up when I turn the power off. Possibly the battery has not charged up sufficiently.

Don Muaeng is a still a great airport capable of supporting both civilian and military aircraft. An airport is a business - keep the business and let it run on its own (sink or swim).
