    Hello Everyone, Having an issue with current employer. I have a non B visa but no work permit yet ( pending , need more doc from me.) I also don't have a signed contract with current employer. been having some issues with employer and I want to leave. set employer said if i leave they will sue me. is this true. I've worked for them three months.
