  1. WP2/APEC Business Travel Card

    Hi, I have last entered Thailand on an APEC Business Travel Card. I am in Thailand at the moment. I need to leave by the end of May. Can I apply for Work Permit now with the APEC card, or do I need to leave Thailand, secure a WP.3 form, apply for a non-Immigrant "B" visa to enter Thailand and then do the work permit? If I have to apply and get the WP.3 visa, can I apply for that now when I am in Thailand on the APEC card or must I leave Thailand and get the employer to apply for the WP.3 when I am overseas? Thanks a lot.
