As a US Citizen, Retired and happy to be a resident of Thailand, I appreciate the attitude of most Thai people who Accept, Tolerate, and Ignore, the sexual preferences of others. Buddhist ideals are Traditionally non-judgmental and allow for personal freedom that exceeds the standards of most other cultures. LGBTQIA activists are not satisfied with this. They demand EVERYONE must CELEBRATE their sexual choices and situations. For myself and most modest Thai people, this "In your face" confrontational attitude is objectionable.

Me Too!! I have been here 3 years, my platinum visa expired in APRIL, and My US BANK has mailed a replacement with tracking nos. THREE times, the envelope mysteriously dissappears after leaving the USA??? If the THIEF is reading this, the card has no value until received and validated by me! But I'm still waiting for the "Mailman"???

I have considered this option, but currently use WISE to transfer from my US credit union. The fees are reasonable and the transfer takes only a few seconds.
