Send email with CC to all relevant authorities: MOFA, PM office, Ombudsman office, anti-corruption, Parliament (policy makers) and many more to list, even Thai media, newspapers, Bang pst, The Nation, etc.. put all of them in front of this misuse or pulic position, I still insisting this issue replied of personal stubborn manner, not related to policy to take such a long processing, pending checking, bla bla bla,,, it took 14 days already and still pending?????? doing what like this??? Anyway, will do the proper action accordingly.

As explained in above, the whole process usually done online, Apply today and received the approved PDF eVisa the next day delivered via email, What is happening now is very clear there is a personal stubborn and misconduct manner of the guy appointed to approve the eVisas, clear, simple and straightforward point, We have to bring this issue to the attention of the relevant Thai authorities, such misuse and misconduct are happening everyday and everywhere around the world, people who interested to make a contribution to improve a better human life, should send laud voice complaining such issues and eliminate such people from misuse of their public position, otherwise will be an endless tragedy and people keep paying piainful prices, my contribution to send one single email and CC all Thai relevant authorities, ministries and PM office, ombudsman office, anti-corruption and all these related, let them read and see what's happening behind the closed walls, do your part if you face such kind of troubles as well,

I don't need to knew the consulate contact details, there is where the over-delay happening,, Just applying for a single non-o, Anyway, useless comment to save time! I may search for Thai ministries, PM office, Thai parlament, Ombusdman, anti-corruption office and all these related and send them an email to request verifying this misuse of a such public position and causing exaggerated, over delayed process, However, I shared this hoping for a better transparent and good conduct for the benefit of all.

Greetings, The last year: 2024-Q4, it was the first time to apply and obtain a Non-O eVisa from Malaysia, KB consulate, I applied and received the eVisa in PDF format via email in the next day, it was smooth and ideal solution to avoid long queues and most often troubled by facing the personal manner of the staff, sometimes they complicate the process and some other times they just process as usual, all depend on the staff mood and feelings, so this new electronic processing (eVisa) was an ideal solution really, Recently, I came again and applied for a non-o eVisa typically and everything similar to the last time, Today, passed 14 days and still under Pending Document Check (1) Additionally, I met with some other foreigners who are living in Thailand and they came here to apply also, some of them applied even longer than me and they still waiting!!! This is no way to be a reasonable process of eVisa, there is a personal manner involved in this to cause such over delayed pending process which is causing a sever harm and damages to foreigners apply for Thai eVisa, particularly these who have families and Thai kids to support, etc, losing businesses and work time, etc.. for what reason to be this? I would like to ask if there is any Govt agency where to send a complain message attached with supporting evidences about such unreasonable process, Applying for a visa is a public service provided by the Govt and should not be relayed on the personal manner of someone who came to occupy the position in the consulate/embassy and delay people in a such prolonged unreasonable reason, causing damages for people losing their businesses, and paying over-extra costs of staying in hotels, Also, this is a gentle call to the THAI GOVT to verify the long queues of applied Thai eVisa in Malaysia/KB consulate, and why should be like this? Please share your comments, where to lodge the complaint about such misconduct and misuse of the position and maintain some sort of transparency and equal justice to serve people reasonably and properly, Thanks,

Hey guys, I communicated with the Thai consulate in HCM to apply for one year multiple entries, Among the required documents is a letter from Thai spouse, I am not sure about this format,, anyone got a sample please? or what the Thai spouse must write in this kind of letter? Thanks!

Thank you very much sharing news about this MDAC update, Normally I get 90 days on arrival, but this noticed was so helpful really to avoid unexpected surprise and some delays, etc..

Yeah, thanks for the suggestion, this is a good idea option to consider, Any idea about the taxi from Hatyai to the border? or the shuttle rain? I have no urgent matter to hurry, just to find what is less cost and not a struggling experience, This suggestion flight could save one night riding the train, Thanks!

Many thanks to your replies guy, highly appreciate your shared experiences, Well, regarding the renewal, it's a one year multi-entries non-o, one year validity visa which will expire on the 19th of January, I knew there is an option to extend for 60 days, then I must leave to get 90 days single entry visa, all Thai embassies in the neighborhood countries they don't provide multi-entries, ONLY one single entry of 90 days, my current one year I obtained it last year when I was in UAE, Well, as I understood from the comments, there is no one direct train to the Thai-Malay border, So, the trip will be from BKK - Hat-Yai, then get on the next ride to the border, and wait for the coming back shuttle, As long as no facilities to stay one night at the border, the only option is to return on the same day, a bit worried if we could not catch a shuttle coming back from the border to Hat-Yai on the same day will turn the trip to a nightmare, I hope there are some other options these days such as buses, vans, etc.. at least we can wrap up the round trip, I heard about other check point borders such Cambodia, Laos, but Malaysian border is more convenient for me. my friend and I hold the same visa category (non-o) family type of visa, We decided to take the trip to Malaysian border, I checked the train from Bangkok to Malay border the train arrives at 9:00 AM, My friend suggested to take a bus from BKK to sanugolok, it's a border point as he said, the bus arrives there around 9:30 - 10:00 AM, I never been to any of these border points before, I prefer to take the trip by train (sleeping coach) My question: I want to return back on the same day, is there any train will be coming from the border to BKK after 9:00 AM? or shall we find a place to sleep one night and return the next day? Are there any hotels, guesthouses at that border point? Also, the same question if we take the bus, are there buses will be coming to BKK around the afternoon if we check out the Thai border and enter again within 2 hrs. time, or in case no available trips, are there hotels or rooms to rent and stay one night then depart the next day to BKK? Appreciate any comments from people with similar experience so that we can decided which option is better, Thank you.
