I will start receiving a sum from abroad from 12 March 2025( every months) and, given the total annual sum, it will be subject to taxation. The question is: for 2025 I don't have to worry about taxes and will I have to request the tax form in 2026? Thanks.

As I wrote I am not English. I don't want renew it to clear the overstay, but I must be here few more weeks to comply with some things to do and after fly out, get the ban and good bye Thailand. I no want renew it for clear my overstay. My time here is done forever, I just need it for few things to do.

Just ask. I though that an Embassy has nothing to do with your status here. It's not their concern, I though. I can understand the UK Embassy has they don't do anymore and they use an outsource company.

A passport is near the expire and need to be renewed as there are some issues to set up before fly back, pay the fine and be banned. Will the Embassy renew it while in overstay? I know UK embassy will not do, but not English. Is not a right for anyone to have a new passport, no matter how is his/her status in the host country?

Has anyone used western union lately? What do I have to do to collect money sent to me from Germany? Can I also collect money at a post office? Thank you

There is a moment in everyone's life that you hope will happen as late as possible: it happened to me yesterday. My dad said goodbye to us after a short illness that debilitated him and made him unrecognizable. But the thing that is killing me inside is that, 99% , I won't be able to fly to France for the funeral because I'm facing a civil case here in Thailand and the court has kept my passport. I really don't know what to do, even though I have no choice but to stay and go see him when it's all over. R.I.P. Dad.
