  1. Hi everyone, I have a question regarding extending a Non-O visa based on marriage. I haven’t been in Thailand for 3 months and I’m planning to return soon on a visa exemption stamp. After that, I intend to go to Vientiane (Laos) to apply for a Non-O visa based on marriage to a Thai national. I’ve been visiting Thailand this way for about 9 years — first on tourist visas, then on Non-O (both multiple and single entry). Once a year, I usually return to my home country during the New Year holidays. In the past, I always extended my Non-O stay for 90 days, so each entry gave me around 5 months in total. I cannot show the required 400 000 THB in a bank account. I understand that alternatively, I can show a monthly income of at least 40 000 THB. However, my embassy stopped issuing income certification letters a few years ago. I do have a Thai bank account. My question is: can I use a bank statement from my Thai bank account to support a 1-year extension based on marriage? One more detail — the funds in my account are not transferred from abroad, but come from Bitkub (a Thai cryptocurrency exchange). I’m not sure if this matters for immigration. Has anyone had a similar experience or knows if this would be acceptable? Thanks in advance!
