I have income from the US and Europe. The European income is taxed, but the private pension received in the US is not taxed. How will the income introduced in Thailand be taxed as Thai resident? Thailand calculates a global income tax rate and applies this rate to the income brought into Thailand. Is this correct?

I would like to know if the Wise THB account is considered in Thailand ? My Wise $ account is in US, my Wise € account is in EU, but for THB, I cannot find the information. So if I transfer in Wise $ to THB, do I transfer money from abroad to Thailand ?
