I have asked them to tag ALL my recipient banks as needing International coding. That's good news - How to do this online ?

Wise transfer from UK now doesn't show as foreign transaction
My last Wise transfer 8 September went via Kasikorn so no Foreign Transfer (FTT) code, in my passbook. Just come back from Kasikorn Bank, Hua Hin, to pick up a credit advice receipt, took a print out of the Wise transfer information. Fairly painless, the lady on the desk took a long time inputting info into the 'puter, but was able to walk out with the document. Bit of a relief as I will be visiting the IO on 1 October to extend my retirement visa.

Non-IMM O based on retirement ? Good to know, thanks. I would use an agent to extend 30 days and to open a bank account. Thanks both.

Thanks for your swift reply. Re eVisa from the UK, I understand that it would be an OA requiring mandatory health insurance. No I don't have a Thai bank account.

I am planning to travel from the UK to BKK with Emirates on Visa Exempt then to extend 30 days then apply for a 90 day Non O and eventually apply for the Retirement visa. Q Will I have problems without a return ticket ? At Immigration At Airport Check in Tia
