Okay—here it is—there is no difference between foreigners and Thais when it comes to tax.Its residency based tax—so more than 180 days in the country for tax your are Thai.Gathered they would change—as all foreigners and elite Thais would then just NOT remit i come into Thailand —which has now happened. So after been gazetted—thais (gor tax purposes everybody who is in Thailand for more than 180 days per year)NO tax on income. So its a complete 180 degrees on foreign income submitted to Thailand👍👍👍💪💪💪💪

Yes you qualify for a non tax residency in Thailand.Not surexwherecin Europe—but most countries have a double taxation agreement with Thailand—that means you pay tax there and wont pay in thailand—cannot be taxed twice on the same monies

Guys—i know this was an issue and is still an issue in Thailand.Just found another option.Use Lazada app.—go to utilities to pay—takes you to Provincial—put in 12 digit account number—brings up your current bill—hit pay—gives you the options—chose BKK BANK—takes you to the app—hit pay—and you done—not sure why its not added as a payee—but this another option—trust it helps other frustrated guys like me👍👍👍
