    Finally found the place @Senior Player It's the Ariya bar. At the junction of beach road and central Pattaya road. https://maps.app.goo.gl/BcArjSQ7bnc7a6ae7 Based on the pics and my own visit, I'm 99% sure it's the place you're looking for.
