I get a lot of these correspondents are very unhappy being in Pattaya. Perhaps they would be very much more satisfied being in their home countries. Maybe Thai authorities should put up some financial incentives for such people to emigrate back to their home countries.

Depends on what you want to pay. Best is probably Lufthansa first class via Frankfurt. Cheapest is China Eastern via Shanghai. Most reasonably priced reasonable facilities Quatar. Best middle of the road with schedules all over Europe. Turkish airlines. Friendliest at Ceck-in and departure Thai airlines. Least time wasting Swiss via Zurich. Not possible to combine all characteristics..set your priorities before you start.
