  1. Well for now we are thinking of staying here in Bangkok but near Bangna to avoid more crowds or traffic
  2. I hope it will be clear to all of them I do love this forum and got a lot of help from all those who engage with the questions I have asked until now.
  3. I appreciate everyone who responded, and I’ve read all your replies. If I didn’t respond, it wasn’t because I didn’t read them but due to personal reasons, as I wasn’t feeling well. I’ve mentioned before that I’m new to the forum, but some people continue making assumptions that it’s AI or something else. Just because I didn’t reply doesn’t mean it’s AI. This is a forum, and the question isn’t just for me but for others who may have the same inquiry. Thanks again to everyone who contributed.
  4. I wonder why people like you have so many assumptions but if that's makes u happy good for u
  5. Is democracy still the best system for ASEAN countries? With various political systems in the region. Share your thoughts
  6. I am planning to settle in here love the culture.
  7. Hey man, no worries! I’ve been living in Bangkok for decades too, but I only recently found this forum. I’m considering buying a condo in Bangkok since it feels like a better investment than continuing to rent. I know about Sukhumvit and Asoke, but they’re a bit out of my budget. I’m looking for something in the 3-4 million baht range. Do you have any recommendations for good locations that offer a decent return on investment? Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
  8. I have been planning to buy a condo but wanna know where I can get the best ROI
  9. It seems like assumptions were made without knowing the full story. If I missed something, I genuinely wasn’t aware it had been asked before otherwise, I wouldn’t have repeated it. Instead of accusing me of spamming, it would have been better to ask me privately. I enjoy the forum and asking for suggestions, and I’ve been in Thailand for a long time, but I wasn’t aware of this forum until recently. It seems some prefer to blame rather than help, but thanks for the link anyway.
  10. Things have gotten more expensive, and the increase in hookup culture around here sometimes makes me uncomfortable.
  11. Ao Sane Beach - near Nai Harn, perfect for snorkelling and relaxation. Laem Ka Beach - A small, peaceful beach on the east coast, great for a quiet day out. Banana Beach - Tucked away between Bang Tao and Nai Thon. Freedom Beach - Accessible by boat or a hike, this secluded spot has crystal-clear waters and fewer tourists. Yanui Beach - A small, charming beach near Promthep Cape, popular with locals for its tranquillity.
  12. Impressive, you’ve mastered the art of making assumptions. 👏🤣
  13. For me its Humphrey Bogart and Bette Davis
  14. I wish I had learned to speak Thai before coming here.
  15. Are there any expat events or get-togethers? I'm really tired of only seeing Thai faces, especially since they can't speak English and I don't know Thai.
  16. Well, I just told you what am i doing for myself and I do wanna know more about how can I stay fit and in shape just wanna know everyone's suggestion. Thanks
  17. I still remember when I crossed my 40th birthday three years ago. I wasn’t looking after myself – smoking daily, drinking, and whatnot. Then I noticed my hands would start shaking if I moved them, and my knees would hurt a lot because I was just sitting all the time. It hit me that this lifestyle would end me soon. So, I started working out, going for a run every day, and making sure I ate proper food and protein. Tell me, how can I take better care of myself and stay fit and healthy? Please share your experiences! Thank you
  18. I live in Bangkok currently with my family. I do have kids Thank you
  19. You might be doing something wrong. In my experience, whenever I've asked a Thai person for help, they've always tried their best to assist me.
  20. I'm planning to buy a car in Thailand but I'm wondering if it's worth it. How is the maintenance and traffic? If anyone owns a vehicle here, please share your experiences and advice.
  21. Living in Thailand has been an eye-opening experience for me. This country is incredibly peaceful, and the people are genuinely helpful. Thailand has everything you could need: delicious food, great weather, beautiful beaches, luxurious spots, and an amazing party scene. At the same time, Northern Thailand offers the perfect retreat if you’re seeking relaxation and peace. Please share your experiences.
