I’ve mentioned before that I’m new to the forum, but some people continue making assumptions that it’s AI or something else. Just because I didn’t reply doesn’t mean it’s AI. I’m considering buying a condo in Bangkok since it feels like a better investment than continuing to rent. I know about Sukhumvit and Asoke, but they’re a bit out of my budget. I’m looking for something in the 3-4 million baht range. Do you have any recommendations for good locations that offer a decent return on investment? Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

It seems like assumptions were made without knowing the full story. If I missed something, I genuinely wasn’t aware it had been asked before otherwise, I wouldn’t have repeated it. Instead of accusing me of spamming, it would have been better to ask me privately. I enjoy the forum and asking for suggestions, and I’ve been in Thailand for a long time, but I wasn’t aware of this forum until recently. It seems some prefer to blame rather than help, but thanks for the link anyway.
