For example, you have a visa examination for arrival in Thailand, but you are not sure whether you will stay for 1 month or 3 weeks, which creates a problem with the date of departure in the TADC form in Thailand. What happens if we don't leave on that date or leave earlier ? -

They are giving us employment again. Just that they just wanted us to resign to renew the work permit, which they say every school in Thailand does it now.

I mean extending it. Everything seems to be good but the school is doing this kind of stuff with few teachers.

For example, your school is asking you to resign for the year 2024 because they have to process the work permit. Your work permit is about to expire (for example, on 28 Feb 2025). Does this kind of thing really need to be done if we are continuing in the same school?
