A common problem which there has been a face book page dedicated to, thailand dog attacks, which is very gruesome indeed...you would think the government would make this a priority to solve this problem and enter the civilised world of travel destinations..

Well I am not stupid mate and I was to transfer money to my wifes account for a property investment so your dumb answers are not appreciated when a question is being asked..only intelligent replies are needed..

Just had an email from Kbank regarding bank transfer limits introduced of 50000 bht per day .. Does this only mean from accounts in thailand only or include Transferring money ( gifts ) to my wifes bank account from outside thailand ??

If that is a picture of the dog in question why would you not put a bullet in its head..it is a dangerous animal cage or no cage and will attack again...

If the country had a strong leader who believed children & family were more important than animals that are prone to savage attacks then maybe most of these recommendations could at least be considered as other countries have taken certain measures...but until then the slaughter will continue..

Another day another dog attacks... if the governmenent had any balls at all they would ban ALL dangerous breeds from thailand and stop those hear from breeding...and of course owner liability would be first priority... but as usual NOTHING...

This is the correct method if income remitted to thailand & you stay in thailand for 183 days per calender year..

You cannot win if the police are corrupt or conspire with a third party, mainly thai against you ..I know that from experience..the thing about don't get in that situation is unavoidable in many instances, and yes legally you are compromised if you are a foreigner..

So what if they are half way across the crossing and the traffic are going around them not worrying about the red light, as they always do and then somebody else steps on the crossing because the traffic lights are still red and gets bowled over..( it happened in Huahin where a woman was killed by a taxi ignoring a red light & in Bangkok a doctor was killed outside a hospital the same way ) and probably tens of thousands more times you clearly don't have a grasp of safety on the roads either end of discussion for me mate...

You could call it a jekll & Hyde approach as soon as they get behind the wheel or on a m.bike they change..as it's a chance to air their frustrations or show they are superior to other road users..the only way to stop this is to fine them money or take their car away for awhile or both..

Don't no what you talking about mate..l am talking about road crossings and the inability of Cars and bikes to show some common sense, as they do in other countries.. you no what common sense means, it means liability for human life..

Obviously I think his best choice as do millions but still fools back democrats who ar now nowhere to be seen or heard so is that a valid point ???

That's a very ridiculous statement when old people & children can be killed & if it was your child mowed down by a recklous taxi or motorbike nobody should shed a tear..is that what your saying ? I think those laws were modified years ago..

In my opinion you would be taxed possibly in your country unless it was less than the gifting limit...but in thailand you would be alright if not a tax resident (180 days in thailand ) and not over 20m baht and your wife also but you would need clarification..and the rules change constantly..

Like the others have said, these were made up political charges that mean nothing in reality and Biden should be the person charged, but will escape because of his mental state... move on as this is all irrelevance..
