  1. Getting evidence of adultery

    I am married to a Thai woman and we have a house in Chiang Mai. I often fly back and forth between Thailand and the Netherlands, but lately my wife has been difficult to reach when I am in the Netherlands. I feel like she has someone else when I'm not around. I found out that if I have proof of adultery then she is no longer entitled to 50% of my assets if we divorce. Does anyone have experience with this situation and how I can best handle it?
