I didn,t realise I could get the Non 0 at a local immigration office I thought I had to be out of Thailand to get that initially before receiving and then being able to extend it to a year from within Thailand? Yes I have the 400k minimum in bank account and have submitted that on evisa website.

The 90 day visa you can get when you have a family with a thai, I hope to then extend it to a year visa and I have also just turned 50. Thank you

Hello and thank you for your quick response. It is an O family dependent visa, I would have gone to Vientiane as I have one from there before but the appointment booking system website looked like it had been taken over by another website.

Hello has anyone had recent experience with obtaining an o visa through the evisa website? I have applied for one over two weeks ago and Im still waiting for approval, is it possible to go into phnom penh visa office to get them to process it quicker ? Many Thanks

Hello guys, My thai girlfriend bought her brothers house as he got into debt with an understanding that he would pay the money back (unlikely to happen) she is named as the owner now on the house Tabien Baan document. We have just had a little daughter together and I plan to build a new house for us on land that I bought for her next door to the house she is listed as an an owner on. (sorry if this sounds confusing) Would it be possible to just have my name on the Tabien Baan of the new house so she can keep her name on the other one as I believe you can't have your name on two Tabien Baan's ? Thanks in advance for any advice.

My partner and I are buying a house and land next door to her mums tomorrow but we want to demolish the house and build a new one in another location. As we want to demolish the house do we still have to pay house transfer fees, should we apply for a permit to demolish at the same time as we do the house and land transfer? Yep i'm guessing it probably should have only been 1500 but my helper filled out all the forms for me and took me to the right windows, as it was first time doing a land crossing money well spent for me, was all done in 10 minutes. Just a note thai's can cross in and out for free and its helpful if you take your girlfriend/wife with you if you aren't fluent in thai yourself.

Yep 30 day visa exempt and about 2000 baht for (helper) to smooth the process, also the Burriram office said the new 6 month DTV is still waiting for confirmation.

I'm planning to do a run to Oh Smach tomorrow so will update with what Visa they give me on a land crossing.
