    I'm with April Thailand, which is this year demanding a 22% (!) increase in their premium to cover what they say is the soaring cost of healthcare in Thailand. Part of that, they say, includes being able to continue visiting premium hospitals, e.g. Bumrungrad, Bangkok Hospital, BNH... According to their latest terms, their "standard" policies now exclude those hospitals from their network of approved healthcare providers. I also inquired with AOC for alternatives, but rather than recommend April France, they seem to be pushing NOW International out of Hong Kong, which I have never heard of.
