A yellow book is a house, detailing foreigners living there. It should stay with the house when you sell. Make sure you have a copy of it, as it makes it slightly easier when getting a yellow book for your new condo. Unless you are buying it from foreigners, who may already have a yellow for the condo.

I neglected the battery on my E Bike and it now will not accept a charge. Does anyone know of a store that can recharge / rebuild the battery. I have been unable to find a replacement for battery, so now going for a rebuild. Thanks

Recently sold a car. Just advised Roojai the car was sold, and they did a pro-rata refund. Refund process took about 1 week to hit my account.
