  1. I am an International Sales Engineer employed by a Malaysian company. The purpose of my visit to Thailand is to conduct business meetings and provide machine training with a VIP customer. These meetings occur weekly and last approximately two hours each. In addition to these meetings, I typically reside in a rented apartment in Thailand. I have been residing in Thailand in this manner for the past 300 days due to the cost-effectiveness of renting compared to frequent flights. Occasionally, I return to Malaysia before my 90-day visa expires, ensuring no overstay or border run issues. During my recent entry, I presented the Immigration Officer with details of my product, customer information, and a Google Timeline showing my activities in Thailand. The Officer reluctantly permitted my entry but did not provide guidance on the appropriate visa for my situation. I am concerned about whether I will encounter issues with my APEC Card in future entries and seek your advice on the most suitable visa for my circumstances. Thank you for your assistance. Kind regards,
  2. Occupation: International Sales Enginner in a Malaysian Company Purpose of Visit Thailand: Business Meeting and Machine Training with VIP customer (meet once a week and 2 hours per time) Other than meeting the customer, I usually stay in my rented aparment. I have been living in Thailand like this for the past 300 days because rental is cheaper than flying every week. Occasionaly , I went back to my home country malaysia before 90 day visa expires. No border run no overstay of course. I showed the IO my product, customer details and google timelie of how I spent my time in Thailand. IO eventually let me in without telling me what the correct visa is for my kind of situation, I am a bit worried whether I can get in next time with my APEC Card.
