  1. I’ve tried the OMAD diet for a while, and it worked pretty well for me. I found that eating just one big meal a day helped with weight management and gave me more energy. I paired it with regular workouts, and it made a difference. I also used steroids for a short time, which really helped with muscle recovery and overall fitness. It’s key to find what works for you and stick with it. Just listen to your body and adjust as needed!
