Assuming he's from Boston or even the USA because he's wearing a Larry Bird, jersey would be overly presumptuous. There are also many overtly racist basketball fans worldwide who support Larry more because he was white than of his prowess on the court (which was undeniable, BTW). They like the NBA, but not quite enough to wear a black guy's name on their back. -
