I am still waiting for an offer from another school. I am planning to actually tell then this week and find a replacement. I am just wondering if they can do something to me even if I didnt sign a contract yet.

Hello! I need your advice. I was recently offered a job in a private school. No contract signed yet, just a LINE message saying I got the job. I never been to the school after the interview but i've been communicating about the free housing and such. Will I get in trouble if I decide to back out before the term starts? Thanks!
