    I was there in June. My time was 09.00 - 11.00 also, I think they are all the same. Think it's just a way to restrict the numbers. It was my first time there so can't compare to before. I got there around 8.30 and joined the queue outside. There were 15-20 people ahead of me. They opened up at 9 and the queue moved to the window. No-one checked the appointment until I got to the guy at the window. Without one I'd have been sent packing. I was out before 11.
