You mean I can go back to vientiane during the same year ! little bit confused so What does Non"O" single mean ?so this time I go to vientaine and next time Can I still go back to vientaine ? sorry for too many question but I am really not sure.just want to understand I mean can I go back to the same place in the same year for the same visa ( Non " O" ) ?

You should not have a problem getting another non immigrant O visa if you are still married.

Yeah lopburi I'm still married and have a baby but I wonder if I could go back to Vientien again.

Can I do that ? This is my history visit to get Non"O"

- January -------> Vientien

- April --------> Singapore

- July --------> Malasia

- October---------> Penung

I have to get new Non " O ' again befor 3 January 2008.I plan to travel next week.Can I go back to Vientien? if not where else

I can go except my country . or should I go to Suwannakaet? ( if not sure about the name but it is at Laos too. )

Hello...everybody,I'm going to Penang next week to the Royal Thai consulate and I need some advice such as

what hotel should I stay in ?... It'll be very nice if its not far from thai consulate.. How far is it from the airport to thai consulate?

I need a non"O" visa and I planed to stay there about 2 days because my wife just gave birth and I don't want stay away from her and my baby so Do you think I can get a visa in 2 days? I'll get there by airasia at 10.15 am and I'll go straight to the thai consulate to fill out my paper work and I'll return to pick up my passport the next day and go back to thailand the same day. Is this possible ?Can you guys give me more advice about this?

lopburi3, me and my husband went to Vientiane on january and got non"O" from there.His non"O" is expiring on this 11 april and we plan

about getting another non"O" (single)at KL.I just wonder if he could get it at KL or not.

Well, We have 400k in a bank account but I just added this money about 3 or 4 day ago and also this bank account is my name.hehe

I do plan to go back to america with him but I want to graduate first.I didn't work full time here,I run business with my family just

small business.

that's mean he doesn't pay tax yet and his salary isn't as much as like that and at school don't rush about work permit because

at TEFL company will get it one for him but they just said if He has Non"O" visa,everything will be easier.You know i don't think so

I have some question want to ask anybody who can answer me. My bf came to thailand on July and he always went to get visa run at combodia and after Oct he already got 3 times for visa run.i mean 90 days after Oct.last day in thailand is 15 Jan. Me and my bf got merried 2 day ago and we plan to get Non '' O " visa . My question is ....

1. Is it possible to get Non"O" visa. he want to stay with me in thailand.

2. He got a job. " English teacher" and at school said if he has Non"O" visa he can get work permit in thailand.he don't have to get work permit at USA. he started work already on the 1st Dec. and we need work permit as soon as we can. so we got merried to get Non"O" first.

3. I read about how to get Non"O" visa.it said he should has 400,000 bath in his account.Can this money from me too?I mean his money and my money together and I just added in bank 3 day ago but bank account is my name.

Does it has another way to make him stay in thailand with me?
