Indeed Ratanakorn Market at Thepprasit. What upset me, is that I asked 2 guys from 2 different stalls to remove that dead rat, but they didn't care. I checked 2 hours later... it was still there. Rats are everywhere, no problem, but that vendors leave a dead rat near their stalls for hours, while tourists, families with children walk there.... disgusting.

Staying in Pattaya now for a month and not sure if this is the place to pick for my retirement, A dead rate at the entrance of the market, next almost being hit by a motor bike INSIDE the market. And the roaring, thundering noise of scooters and BIG motorbikes all around Pattaya is scaring me ever time when they pass me with high speed, is deafening and annoying. In the late afternoon or early evening, it is not enjoyable walking alongside the beach road at Jomtien.
