How can the Thai government order Boeing airplanes after the Trump administration issued the additional tax on Thailand exports. Such a purchase order has to be put on hold until the tax issue is solved.

Not true, they are kept like slaves and paid like slaves. If people leave their country to get a better income doesn't mean they are treated correctly in the guest country.
