Actually, most of my fellow American are clueless. Different states have different ages. From 16 up to 18. Factor in "closeness of age" and in a ok me states it drops to 14.

Actually it did. She was "visiting" her mother at a beer bar. Her mom, and the bar were pimping. Willing is a relative term, but she was pimped. The mom and bar owners were not arrested pretty much sums up the case. Make a statement by arresting the farang, he pays a fine and business as usual.

I dont see it as so unsafe, more like no ling term planning. Get a plan to build decent sidewalks, parking, traffic. Find a way to phase out the "farang tax" and enforce traffic laws. -
