Hello everyone! I will be starting a new job which requires me to use the company's laptop. I will need to ship it from Italy to Thailand (Ao Nang). I've read about people having a smooth process while it was a real hassle for others. What is your experience about it? What should I expect? Furthermore, do I need to do anything specific and have any documentation ready? Thank you very much
