  1. Yeah, but why? Up until now, I really thought they had great apps — both web and mobile, discounts, "not that bad" delivery service, and a solid variety of restaurants. What else do you need from a delivery app? But, guess I was delusional, and this is not how it works. Just confused how they ended up not making money with that
  2. The "Special Offers" category (or similar ones) doesn’t work that well on mobile. It’s clearly designed to be browsed, and that’s much harder to do on small screens compared to a desktop or laptop. I had some issues with FP, too, but their support usually resolved them pretty quickly. Overall, FP has the most convenient web app I’ve used — and probably the widest selection of restaurants available in Thailand. LineMan, on the other hand, is pretty awful unless you know exactly what you're searching for. There’s no sidebar for browsing categories, and overall navigation is much less convenient compared to a proper desktop experience. Grab is decent, but in my experience, it has fewer options than FP and a mediocre web app.
  3. Total bummer. The service was totally fine, and I thought it was even expanding, especially when compared to similar businesses in other countries that are quite successful.. I wonder what the reasons are behind this decision. Maybe somebody on the forum can give an educated guess
  4. Experiencing this issue for a whole week already with foodpanda. Though maybe it's a temporary problem because such a thing happened in the past, but seems it's not the case...
