  1. Hi

We produce a soil conditioning organic liquid fertilizer that breaks down chemicals from previous fertilization and reduces it to usable nutrients.

We also have an NPK organic liquid fertilizer that works in conjuction with the soild conditioner.

Both are in concentrated form to be diluted with water and sprayed. Soil conditioner could be "poured" onto soil.

Send me a PM if any interest.

    5 x 1 litre liquid 4-1-1 NPK (SNS) : $18 ea + postage

    5 x 1 litre liquid soil conditioner (SSC) : $18 ea + postage

For data on the above see this link : http://www.a-i-s.net/brands/sprout/products.htm

Please send a PM if interested.

Price for granular should read $15 (not $25) - sorry about typo.

  7. Company in Pak Chong do this. Sewage, ME, NPK mix. Turn up in a full sized tanker and spray it on your land.

    I'll ask about prices.

    Regards.

    Hi Teletiger

I very much doubt they have a product equal to ours.

Their product may be ok for anyone wanting all kinds of excrement and waste materials in their food chain.

Given all of today's animal virusues jumping to humans etc, I would personally avoid it where possible.

Our products are manufactured 100% from plant residue or fresh fish.

No scraps or waste materials get added. You could literally drink our products and not be affected - but don't try it anyway :D

Besides if you ordered a truckload of our stuff, u could fertilize about 40,000 hectares - besides costing u an arm and a leg of course :).

  8. Can anyone deliver 20 kgs of worm castings to me @ Krathum Lom?

    [this year] :)

For those interested in composting, there is an alternative to worms.

You can spray your organic matter with a macrobial fertilizer (e.g. SPROUT) which will break down the organic matter much faster.

Very economical and a lot less trouble than keeping worms.

    For more info see www.a-i-s.net/brands/sprout/

  9. god i love this forum.....

    thanks guys for your help.

FWIW you can save some dollars on NPK by mixing with organic soil conditioner (not just any one) and do bio-chemical fertilizing.

U use less NPK overall as the soil conditioner makes the NPK more "efficient" by converting more of it into plant available form

You basically replace 3 to 4 bags of NPK with $20 worth of soil conditioner.

Added bonuses are u limit further chemical imbalance in the soil and you will probably end up with better fruit/yield to boot.

Not much harm in trying it...

  10. Where can it be obtained from, in what amounts and at what cost.

I live 375 km from Bangkok, 65 km southwest of Khampaeng Phet so where would my nearest dealer be?

It is not sold in Thailand, but I can make small quantities available.

I could mail it to you.

I think "commercial" discussions are frowned upon in the forums.

Best to send me a PM with your email address and I will forward more info.

  11. Been reading about the various organic fertilising methods.

Why not just use liquid organic fertilizer?

No messing with poo etc just a nice clean back pack and there u go.

And of course liquid fertilizers are more effective than granular.

For larger operations use injectors with sprinklers.

For the less technical method, resort to water tank on a tractor etc.

Anyway for those interested, I could make some of our export product available locally (Bangkok).

If you are going to use compost or organic matter, we have a soil conditioner that will speed up the decomposition and inject beneficial micro-organisms into your soil and start reversing damage from chemical fertilizers.

I know this may be sacreledge on this particular forum but...

For the the die hard NPK users, u can also mix our soil conditioner with your NPK (or other chemical fertilizer) and halve the amount of NPK needed.

You save about 40% in fertilizer costs with this bio-chemical method.

It will make your NPK more effective (i.e. losses will be reduced) and limit further damage to your soil.

Also a good interim step for those wanting to gradually switch from chemical to organic fertilizing.

  12. hi, we also have tree's not that far from you and can relate to your problems. tree's also at diffrent ages.

i was also told that too much vits make the tree's grow too quick (ie height) and are more at risk to the high winds. family and vits sellers told me this.

i used to buy our vits from a seller in udon thani and he gave me a application spread sheet give application at age ect.... over time i have now changed where i buy and now use a guy in ban dung. i feel that i get alot better info from these guys, they even saved me money by telling me that i was going to apply too much fertilzer. these guys have large area's producing rubber and have been at it for a along time.

the brand we use is called "top one" by the company called mosaic. i think this year we applyed 400g per tree on five year old trees (1st application this year). i think that the mosaic spread steet said around 500g per tree. three year old tree's got 200g per tree. i think the spread sheet said around 350g. the best five year old tree's are about 36 - 40cm round at about 1.5m from bud union.

    Hi all the rubber growers.

We produce liquid organic fertilizer locally for export, which has been found to work very well on rubber/palm trees.

If some of u are interested I am sure I can arrange for some to be made available locally (Bangkok).

If u mention u are from Thaivisa forum, could also do a special "mates rates" price.

    Drop me a P.M.

  13. If you want use your company address, you should be using the company mail server as the pop and smtp server.

If you are using classic.asianet.co.th as the smtp the company server will think an "ousider" is trying to use it as a relay.

You may have to utilise an "authentication" utility that allows you to use the company server by providing your uid & pwd for your email account on the company server.

  14. I would recommend an ethernet (RJ45) modem rather tahn a USB modem. It provides you with more setup options i.e. you can plug it direct into the lan card of your PC or into a hub/switch.

I would also recommend a modem with built in firewall and router.

FWIW I am using the DLink 500G which is working quite well. It has a bulit in firewall and router and I plug it into my hub.

  15. Did you check out the place in the intersection between soi 11 and the small soi that leads from soi 3 to soi 11? (Across the street from the 'curtain hotel')

I did check out one on soi 11 - it's called DRAGOON Pictures & Framing.

I think it's probably the same one you are referring to. Unfortunately they do not have anything particularly special.

  16. Any suggestions of where to get some framing done.

Have checked out most of the places around Sukhumvit, but they only have basic frames. Looking for something a little more upmarket (imported) with mottled glossy lacquer finish etc.

    Suggestions appreciated.

  17. Just a word of caution...

Most routers only have ethernet WAN ports. If you have a USB modem, you may have a problem depending opn how you want to configure.

I know there are many ways to set this up but IMHO, an ethernet (RJ45) modem is preferable, since it plugs directly into the HUB/Switch/Router and increases your sharing flexibility.

You should also have a hardware FIREWALL, which could be built into the modem or router depending on your selected equipment.

The features you should look for are :

    1. adsl modem (preferably RJ45)

    2. firewal

    3. router

    4. 10/100(/1000) switch or hub

    5. access point if you want to do wireless

FWIW the modem and router could have variious built in features so you need to match the compnents. An overlap matters less than not having a particular feature.

My personal approach is not to have too many "all-in-one" stuff as this affects upgrading flexibility later on, so give the some thought to the future.
