Hoping for peace in all of our lives.
With all of that being said as a Westerner it is unsettling to hear these kind of brash and loud soundings. I was recently witness to a Buddhist funeral ritual for 5 days lots of very loud music and chanting Monks and bright red blue white flashing lights. I'm assuming the blue flashing lights are representative of the Thailand flag.
Being the only for Farang ( Guava) I tried to hide in the background because I did not want to be or bring any attention to myself. In most situations I do not want to bring attention to myself.
It is unsettling to me the way the Farang is singled out and brought attention to it's in the sweetest ways from the Thai Nationals I can't get used to the welcoming warmness and overall graciousness and consideration.
With all of that being said I am trying everyday to be a better human.
